To make a donation by post please download and fill in the donation form below.
You then need to print and sign it and send it with your cheque (made payable to ‘Petal Support Ltd’) to:

Becoming a regular supporter of our work means we can better plan for the future. You can make a regular donation in two ways:
- by completing the regular giving form which you can download below
- or by selecting ‘monthly’ when you are processing your gift through our secure Petal Support CharityGiving page.
Whichever way you decide to support us, if you complete a gift aid declaration you can make your donation increase by almost one third at no extra cost to you. If you are a UK taxpayer you can join the gift aid scheme by completing the gift aid section of the donation form.
You don’t have to give us money to help us with our work. Volunteers already give up their time for our charity to help people who need support, but we need more. Whether or not you make a financial contribution, why not find out how you can make a difference by volunteering with us.
